best noodle-like consistency in our trials. Slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Oblong in shape with ivory skin that changes to pale yellow at maturity. Excellent pasta alternative — bake or boil, fork out the flesh, and top the "spaghetti" with your favorite sauce.
